    There was a time in my life when I felt overwhelmed with work, life, and social media. Everything around me was noisy, negative, rushed. And I realized: very few people really stop to breathe, to focus, to remind each other of positive things.

    I'm not good at speaking, nor am I an influencer. But I had an idea:
